At Coroplast Group, the journey into working life begins even before the first official day. At our annual apprentice get-together, the new apprentices had the opportunity to meet other apprentices and their future points of contact ahead of their official start. This allowed them to make their first connections and feel more comfortable before joining the company.

Onboarding week was designed to help them make a smooth transition into the program. The schedule included meet-and-greet activities, a company presentation, organizational and technical setup, and workshops on teamwork, workplace safety, digital collaboration, and essential workplace skills.

The week also offered plenty of opportunities to connect as a group. During a team-building sports activity, the apprentices got to know one another outside their regular work environment. At the end of the week, they joined their first departments and took the next step in their apprenticeship journey.

With this year’s apprenticeship start, the Coroplast Group continues to invest in young talent and in the company’s long-term success. The new apprentices can look forward to a wide range of assignments, hands-on experience, and colleagues who will support them along the way.
