As a family business, we place great value on long-term relationships - both with our customers and with our employees. We are very proud and happy that we were able to honour 20 employees for a total of 545 years of loyalty to the Coroplast Group.

Appreciation and recognition

Honouring our long-serving colleagues is an important part of our corporate culture. This year we were able to congratulate 20 employees, 17 of them for their 25th anniversary and three for an incredible 40 years with the Coroplast Group family.

Anniversary celebration in an exclusive ambience

The setting was accordingly festive. As in the previous year, we received the employees and their partners at the Schützengesellschaft am Brill, a location with an exclusive ambience and excellent gastronomy.

After a short champagne reception and a welcoming speech by our Chairperson of the Executive Board, Natalie Mekelburger, all jubilarians were honoured with personal speeches by their superiors . As an accompanying thank you, there was also a certificate and a small gift. After this official part, a lovingly prepared 3-course menu awaited the guests, musically accompanied by a jazz duo. A very successful event with plenty of time for relaxed personal conversations.

Intergenerational cooperation

Our older colleagues play a major role in the success of the Coroplast Group. They contribute a great deal of knowledge, experience, motivation and composure. This also makes them important role models for our young talents.

So, once again, a big thank you to the honoured anniversaries as well as to all older employees of the Coroplast Group! Here's to many more years together
