In cooperation with SPORTSUP, we offer our employees the opportunity to receive health advice and checkups four times a year. For the upcoming dates, we have once again expanded our offer.

Our health days have become an integral part of our company health management. The events, which are organized by experts from our partner SPORTS UP, are very well-attended every time. No wonder: Our employees can simply drop in without registering. Participants can expect varied exercise games, lots of practical tips, health "aha" effects - and of course lots of fun. We also offer important health checks, such as

Cell checks,
Cardio Scans,
Mobility scans or
Fascia trainings.

The new offer

We have added five more program offerings to our wide-ranging portfolio. At our event on May 16 in the Coroplast Group's main building, employees were able to try out the new offers for the first time:

The participants received a body analysis with precise results on e.g. body fat or body water percentage thanks to the so-called Tanita scale - in less than 20 seconds. With the Plankchallenge, they strengthened their core and prevented back pain. There were quick and easy dishes to discover for the workplace - with tastings, of course. And every full hour there was a 15-minute relaxation journey as a wonderful anti-stress exercise. Last but not least, the new tempo game "Smart Tracks" was very well received. This training is an ideal preparation for the Schwebebahnlauf, where a Coroplast team will participate.
