We are pleased to announce that 20 new talents will be starting their professional careers with us this year. Our onboarding week is designed to provide our apprentices with an optimal foundation for this new phase of their lives. This applies to both industrial-technical and commercial areas.

Welcome to the Coroplast Group

At the beginning of August, we welcomed 11 new commercial and 9 new industrial apprentices and dual students to our headquarters in Wuppertal. We are pleased to report that we have been able to maintain a consistently high level of new apprentices over a number of years. We are currently training an average of approximately 53 apprentices and dual students concurrently. In 2024, we will continue to offer a wide range of apprenticeships and dual study programs, ensuring our continued status as an attractive employer in the region for career starters.

Following a comprehensive induction period, the new employees will commence their respective specialist training or basic training at BZI.

Our professional onboarding process will help you get off to a flying start

Our onboarding week provides an ideal introduction for all new apprentices and dual students joining our organisation. Our training managers have developed a comprehensive training program for this purpose.

The program includes:

a kickball tournament with the training officers, followed by a pizza lunch
play badminton with our fitness partner, SportsUp
a presentation of the Coroplast Group as a company
information about training at Coroplast
brand training
IT set-up and handover of iPads for each apprentice
a presentation of the works council
and getting to know the Coroplast IT systems.

As a special highlight, the Coroplast Group Rally will be held for the apprentices. The rally is conducted in four groups, with each group accompanied by a mentor from the apprenticeship program. The rally comprises 13 stations, each with a series of tasks and puzzles to be completed. This allows us to determine the next stage of the journey across the company premises. The rally provides an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and gain insight into the Coroplast Group in a dynamic and engaging manner.

We focus on promoting young talent and will soon be offering apprenticeships for the year 2025
