For the second time, the Coroplast Group participated in the employee survey of the international research and consulting institute "Great Place To Work®" - with very positive results. We are proud to be certified as an "Attractive Employer" again this year.

An employer that makes you feel good

We want to be one of the best employers in Germany - and we are well on our way to achieving this goal, as evidenced by our regular "Top Employer" awards, excellent results in the "Top Employers in Germany" ranking and our repeated certification as a "Healthy Employer".  

Employee surveys are an indispensable tool for creating a corporate culture in which all colleagues feel comfortable. Only by collecting and analyzing direct feedback we can improve our working conditions in a targeted and practical way. 

The "Great Place To Work" survey gives us valuable insights into the mood of our employees. This gives us the opportunity to derive targeted actions to improve our working environment together and continuously.

For the first time, we asked all our colleagues at all sites at the same time, which gives us a very good idea of the topics and issues that move you. This enables us to shape the further development of the Coroplast Group culture in a way that will be meaningful to all.

We use the potential for improvement for further growth

The "Great Place To Work" institute certifies that we have credible, fair management, active employee development and that respect, trust, pride and team spirit are integral parts of the Coroplast Group's corporate culture.  

Almost three quarters of our approximately 6,000 employees worldwide participated in the anonymous online survey. This high participation rate ensures that the survey provides us with a comprehensive and differentiated picture of opinion. At the same time, we are taking on the task of encouraging the rest of our colleagues to take part in such a survey.   

It pays to participate For example, the following measures were derived from the feedback of the last survey:

  • Daily check-ins, round tables and jours fixes for more in-depth interaction,
  • Team development workshops in various areas,  
  • Annual performance reviews for all permanent employees, 
  • more effective recruitment and onboarding processes or
  • enhanced talent management to jointly identify personal development paths. 

Following the successful certification, the HR team is now helping to analyze this year's results and translate them into concrete measures together with the departments. In addition to the positive feedback, the management also appreciates the constructive criticism, as this is where we see opportunities for improvement, which we will now address in a targeted manner.
