Since 2007, Coroplast has supported the Wuppertal Hauptschule Hügelstraße with various projects. In the annual "Career Choice Orientation" program, we provide students with insights into the Coroplast corporate world over a period of four months in six blocks and prepare them for their career choices and working life.

This year, the apprenticeships at Coroplast were presented to the students in the form of "speed dating". At four stations, apprentices from Coroplast presented one apprenticeship in a maximum of 15 minutes and then moved on to the next station. In concrete terms, they then continued with an application folder check by Coroplast's personnel experts and a realistic recruitment test. The simulation of job interviews was also on the agenda. Extensive tours of the production facility gave the students a first impression of a production facility that operates worldwide. The students then spent another afternoon in Coroplast's own workshop and maintenance to gain their first hands-on experience.
