Wuppertal, February, 10th 2020. The Coroplast Fritz Müller GmbH & Co. KG has once again received an award for its outstanding employee orientation - this year for the third time in the category "Top Employer Germany Medium-sized Businesses 2020". This makes the family-owned company with headquarters in Wuppertal one of the best employers in Germany. At the award ceremony on 6 February in Wuppertal, Coroplast received the twelfth award from the Top Employers Institute since its first certification in 2008.
It is particularly important to us that we offer our employees a working environment in which they can ideally develop both personally and professionally. This inevitably leads to outstanding performance, which enables us to continue to play in the top league internationally.
The Top Employers Institute annually honors employers worldwide with outstanding employee orientation. In the detailed certification process, training and development, management development, career & succession planning as well as corporate culture are evaluated, among other things. Only companies that meet the high requirements and standards receive the coveted certification.
