Governance

The umbrella term "corporate governance" encompasses the rules and processes that govern a company's management and operations, both internally and externally. In the Coroplast Group, this includes trusting relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and partners. We are also continuously developing our stringent processes, which are as digital as possible.

Our business intelligence system links and visualizes data from a wide range of areas and enables us to carry out in-depth analyses, for example to reduce the consumption of resources at our sites. Our customer relationship management system brings together all sales-related data in one place, enabling better coordination of the sales force and reducing paper consumption through digital quoting.

Quality and certificates

Quality is the foundation of our business success and requires constant monitoring. Quality management must be consistent, systematic and based on clearly defined criteria. For this reason, we are regularly audited for compliance with national and international guidelines and standards at all our sites, both through internal audits and by external certification companies.

Our whistleblower tool

Whether it concerns corruption, tax evasion, the violation of human rights or the purchase of conflict minerals – the Coroplast Group's whistleblower tool enables employees, partners and other stakeholders to report any violations of our Code of Conduct. The tool from our service provider LegalTegrity GmbH guarantees protected communication between whistleblowers and our Compliance department, where whistleblowers can remain anonymous if they wish.
