The umbrella term "corporate governance" encompasses the rules and processes that govern a company's management and operations, both internally and externally. In the Coroplast Group, this includes trusting relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and partners. We are also continuously developing our stringent processes, which are as digital as possible.
Our business intelligence system links and visualizes data from a wide range of areas and enables us to carry out in-depth analyses, for example to reduce the consumption of resources at our sites. Our customer relationship management system brings together all sales-related data in one place, enabling better coordination of the sales force and reducing paper consumption through digital quoting.
Quality is the foundation of our business success and requires constant monitoring. Quality management must be consistent, systematic and based on clearly defined criteria. For this reason, we are regularly audited for compliance with national and international guidelines and standards at all our sites, both through internal audits and by external certification companies.
The Coroplast Group depends on the trust of its customers, employees and the public in the integrity and performance of the company. Trust and reliability are central to our success. In order to gain, maintain and justify this trust, the compliant behavior of all our employees and suppliers is of utmost importance.
