Mentors support you intensively and personally
Within 12 to 18 months you will complete a consecutive program in sales, purchasing, development or IT applications. During this time, you will get to know all relevant structures, processes and interfaces of your specialist function. In doing so, you will work independently on demanding projects and existing issues. Sponsors will accompany you in every phase. In addition, you will be supported by the further training offered by our CoroAcademy. We attach great importance to the quality and continuous development of our trainee programs.
Get international experience
What is the working atmosphere like in the USA? Is my Spanish enough for Mexico? How do you work in China, Tunisia, Poland or Moldova? Our trainees get the chance to work for several months in one or more of our foreign subsidiaries. We expect flexibility and willingness to perform. You will of course also need a good command of English in our international business. If your personality is also convincing, you will have a good chance of starting out as a trainee with us.

Alexander Jakubowski, a 22-year-old mechanical engineering student, takes care of analytics in the development laboratory as a working student and is writing his bachelor thesis about material process optimization.
