We are committed to promoting art because we are passionate about it - and this same passion is the basis for the success of the Coroplast Group's products. Art inspires both our employees and the people who live in our region.
The Coroplast Group has supported the renowned Von der Heydt Museum in Wuppertal and the Von der Heydt Art Gallery in Barmen for many years and regularly invites guests from the worlds of politics and commerce to attend unusual guided tours. Furthermore, since 2012, the family-managed company has presented its own art award, the "CoroArt", to budding young artists who create works using different products of the Coroplast Group.
"We purchase several of the pieces and exhibit them both at our company headquarters and at our international locations, enabling our employees to enjoy the works of art and develop a new way of seeing our products," says Constanze Krieger. Dr. Kurt Müller, her father, already had a great passion for art and now his two daughters, Natalie Mekelburger and Constanze Krieger, are upholding the family tradition in their own way.
The award presentation ceremony was held in the festive "Lambertussaal" in Düsseldorf and was attended by Thomas Geisel, the Mayor of the City of Düsseldorf, as well as over 100 guests from the worlds of commerce, art, culture and politics.
