Application process for professionals

Step 1 of 4 Online application via the Career Portal

Take one step closer to your dream job by submitting your application online through our career portal. There, you can easily upload all required documents: a compelling résumé, relevant certificates, and, if needed, a personalized cover letter.

Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Step 2 of 4 Initial digital interview via Teams

If your application matches the requirements of the position, the next step is a digital introduction with the responsible recruiter.

This is an opportunity for a first exchange: We’ll address your questions and expectations, and you’ll gain initial insights into the role and our company.

Step 3 of 4 On-site interview

If mutual interest arises after the initial meeting, we’ll invite you to a second interview at our location. This time, your future manager will join the recruiter. This gives you the chance to engage directly and get a feel for the collaboration.

Depending on the position, we may include job-related tasks, work samples, or additional team interviews to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of your future role.

Step 4 of 4 Job offer

Congratulations – you're almost there! With your job offer, you’ll receive all the key information about your position, the associated conditions, and the agreed terms.

Now all that’s missing is your signature – and we’ll be thrilled to welcome you as a new member of our team.

Application process for apprentices

Step 1 of 6 Online application via the Career Portal

Start your career with us! Through the job postings on our career portal, you have the opportunity to apply directly online. Simply fill out the application form and upload your résumé, relevant certificates, and, if applicable, a cover letter.

If you’ve already completed internships or earned certifications, feel free to include those as well.

Once we’ve received your application, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.

Step 2 of 6 Initial digital interview via Teams

If your application sparks our interest, we’ll invite you to an online meeting via Teams – where you’ll first get to know our training coordinators.

This conversation is all about getting to know you better: Why did you choose this apprenticeship? What makes you unique? And what should we definitely know about you? At the same time, you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions and learn more about the Coroplast Group and what our apprenticeship program has to offer.

Step 3 of 6 Online test

If the first interview goes well, you’ll receive an invitation to take our online test. You can complete it comfortably from home – and you’ll have seven days to do so.

The test takes about an hour and includes job-related tasks as well as questions about your strengths, motivation, and personality. We want to get to know you beyond your school grades.

Step 4 of 6 On-site interview

Now you’ll not only meet our apprenticeship coordinators, but also your potential future instructors.

Together, we’ll talk about your strengths, interests, and any questions you may have – giving you a direct impression of your possible apprenticeship position.

Step 5 of 6 Trial workday (for technical apprenticeships)

If you're interested in a technical apprenticeship, we'll invite you to a trial workday.

This is your chance to experience our company live, try out some of the tasks, and see the team in action. You’re welcome to ask questions, get involved, and gain a clear sense of what your daily work could look like with us.

For us, it’s the perfect opportunity to get to know you even better – and for you, it’s a great way to find out if the job is something you’ll truly enjoy.

Step 6 of 6 Signing the contract

Congratulations! If everything feels right for both you and us, we’ll make it official: you’ll receive your apprenticeship contract.

That means we’re ready to kick things off together – and we’re excited to welcome you soon as part of our team.
