As the chairwoman of an internationally successful, family-managed enterprise, Natalie Mekelburger appreciates the personal contact with her staff. In more than ten years under her leadership, not only have sales revenues doubled, she has also had an unmistakable impact on the company’s culture: partners, the advisory board and the management team all work together very closely. Natalie Mekelburger appreciates the company’s success and has never forgotten that the Coroplast Group started out as a small company in 1928 and that it was sometimes a stony path on the way to becoming what it is today. She is well aware that the company’s greatest asset is its employees.
