Has been managing director at Coroplast since 2001. As businessman and engineer, he has played a crucial role in the rapid growth of the company. Is always in search of new technical solutions and has the courage to do things differently than the rest of the sector. Believes in the positive impact of humor, enjoying work, the effectiveness of informal one-on-one talks, and, above all, the motivating power of common success.

Torben Kämmerer Managing Director & CFO

Member of the Management Board since 2011 and Head of Business Unit at WeWire until the end of 2019. At the beginning of 2020, he took over the position of managing director for the commercial and administrative areas of the Coroplast Group. Relies on efficient structures and employee development to keep pace with rapid growth. Pursues the goal of holistically looking at, standardizing and optimizing processes.

Thomas Mayer Head of Business Unit WeWire

Started as General Manager at the Coroplast Group plant in China in 2010. Set up the control unit for the Business Unit Wire Harnesses in Kunshan. Subsequently, he was Sales Manager and Deputy Head of the business unit in Wuppertal. Maintains an open communication style and tries to be accessible to his employees quickly and easily. Relies on intensive, cross-site collaboration to develop complex products sustainably and produce them worldwide with a high degree of automation.

Is the youngest member of the management board and has been at Coroplast since the middle of 2019. Studied mathematics in Guangzhou, China, and earned her doctorate in San Diego, USA. Came from the industry giant Bosch. Is convinced that full transparency enables faster decisions and forms the basis for a lean, team-oriented organization. Believes that Coroplast Group combines excellent entrepreneurship and global vision and will also be successful in digital transformation with its lean, efficient organization.
